Channel Urban Village

The Channel Urban Village will connect the city centre with the reinstated arm of the Ledds Liverpool Canal on the north east side of the city. The £350m development will bring waterside living to Bradford.

The Cathedral Quarter Urban village

The close proximity of the primary school makes this an ideal part of the city centre for families to locate. The Cathedral Quarter Urban Village will be a new mixed residential community of townhouses and apartments. High quality pedestrian routes will link the area to the city facilities and transport interchanges.

The Bowl Key Areas

Forster Square Railway Station

An exciting opportunity exists to enhance a key gateway into the city centre by creating a mixed-use development above and around the train station. This will support the busy transport hub and includes a new pedestrian link between planned and existing retail facilities.

Festival Square, Little Germany

Located in the historic Little Germany area of the city centre, Festival Square is being redeveloped to become a vibrant focus in the area. Plans include creating more street level activity with cafes, bars and restaurants.
